Of course, the timeliness of our deliveries is only possible if you do your part. You need to accurately communicate the promised delivery time to your customer based on a realistic assessment of your kitchen's ability to have their order ready on time. We'll do our part by arriving at your restaurant in time to pick up the order and drive to the destination. Our courteous drivers will ensure the food packages arrive in good shape.
Every order you dispatch through our delivery system is instantly shared with your customers. They have the ability to track the progress of their order, from the moment a driver is assigned, to the moment the order is delivered. Your customers will be informed that a driver has been assigned to pick up the food, and will receive alerts when the driver arrives at the restaurant to pick up the food, when the driver begins the drive to the customer, and when the driver finally arrives. Our drivers are required to obtain a proof of delivery (either a signature or a photo of the bags) so that you are able to prove that the order arrived in good condition.
Our dispatchers are aware of the status of all orders all the time. We know which restaurants have placed orders, which drivers have been assigned orders, which drivers are available to take orders, and an up-to-date status of every delivery.
